The 2017 Informal Reunion was held at Coreys on September 16th. The attendance at these “Informals” is typically less but the 33 classmates (and 6 spouses) who attended were having an enjoyable evening. Lots of laughs, hugs and stories filled the room. A slide show of past events brought back a lot of good memories. It was great seeing classmates who have not attended our reunions or have not been for a while. The Reunion Committee (Penny Beachnau Illemszky, Sue Beckner Mayes, Marc Bennetts, Dave Brigham, Sherrie Eastman Nunheimer, Cindy Hosimer, Laurena Jenkins Hoffmeyer, Kit Langenbacher Pull and Gail Sawyer) welcome your suggestions on making our Everett Class of 1970 reunions the best.
Our 50th Reunion is rapidly approaching in 2020. I know, that does not seem possible. We are currently investigating venues to have our reunion at and REALLY welcome your suggestions. At tonight’s event, I received a few. This is your reunion and we want to make it an event you will attend. Many are interested in including a tour of Everett during reunion weekend. Golf continues to receive positive feedback as well. Please share your thoughts about what you would like to see for our 50th.
